My relationship with social media for business is one not of reliance on social media for sales or conversions, but simply just to have a place to connect with people one on one, more so in DMs than on a feed. I tell them that they can DM me on Instagram, and I've had people do that, and I have landed some clients that way and generated membership sales. Simply because the one on one high level support that I can provide in DMs for people helps to build even more trust. That is how I will continue to use social media in 2026.
